It was only by chance that we originally made contact with APS.
We already had a fire suppression system from another supplier for our live server room. We had a requirement for two new systems but our original supplier didn’t seem interested. So we found APS as another local company and invited them to tender for the work.
From the first meeting with Ash, it was obvious he and APS knew their stuff and were very professional.
The installation engineers were professional and explained how it all worked post install. The service team always gets in touch to check when the services are convenient for us and books the appointments for us.
The same engineers service the installations as well so they are always familiar with the sites, installations and our H&S policies and procedures.
I recently asked our account manager, Ash, if it would be possible for them to take over maintenance and support of our original installation from the other supplier. He explained the process, got costs together and managed the changeover process everything went smoothly. APS do a great job of supporting and maintaining all of our fire suppression systems which brings with it definite peace of mind.
