We recently had a new intruder and fire alarm fitted in the premises that I manage. For such a large job there was minimal disturbance and the engineers were more than happy to work around our business requirements. The whole process from beginning to end was managed with a high level of professionalism and I would have no doubt in recommending APS to anyone who is looking for similar services.

I am writing to say Thank You for the brilliant level of service I have received from your company, I rang yesterday with an issue and the lady who answered was really helpful and got things sorted quickly. I spoke to an engineer on the phone who tried to sort the issue but we needed a new sensor fitting, this was done this morning by an engineer he was really helpful and polite and showed what he had done etc and didn’t leave until everything had tested ok. We have our alarm regularly serviced by you and can honestly say we have never had a bad experience with everyone who visits have a high standard of workmanship, professional and a credit to your company. The alarm system and back up we receive from your company is fantastic and would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to all your team.

I originally came across APS while is was an Estates Manager for a large Educational Academy in Nottingham city. The companies that I inherited where not up to scratch, they would never repair our systems when we had called them out. This created huge admin issues trying to keep an eye on what they still had outstanding. APS and Chris are fantastic at what they do, the technical knowledge from sales to engineers is second to none. They came to site and repaired 98% of all issues they where called out for and I was told what need to be done to correct the other 2% of issues. . I can not recommend them highly enough. I have moved on and I am currently a Director at Inspire Gymnastics Academy and I have ensured the APS are our preferred Fire and Intruder Alarm Company. When we have hundreds of young gymnasts through our doors each night the systems must be spot on and I know Chris and the APS team will deliver. We will not go anywhere else. All work has been finished professionally on time and very friendly staff with no business interruptions at all. Chris Bee, was very helpful and Tom the engineer came after installations on 2-3 occasions to help us with additional training. They diagnosed and resolved our system issues efficiently while taking the time to clearly explain the work being performed. What impressed me most was their dedication to safety and customer care. Jay meticulously tested every component, ensured our premises were left completely tidy, and patiently waited for a client to complete a one-to-one meeting with their therapist before testing the fire alarm. The alarm issue beginning, to seeking your help, then getting the issue diagnosed, repaired & even being billed via email & our payment of it, must be some sort of record? As I’m pretty sure all this wasn't much over an hour from the problem beginning to contacting APS and getting our system back in full working order!

Your sales consultant visited us today to look at our CCTV requirements, We found the young man to be really informative, honest and knowledgeable and we welcomed his suggestions.

After repeated poor advice and service from another company we asked Chris Bee to look over the panel and sensors at our Long Eaton office; this was done promptly, resulting in a sensible proposal and we ordered the work to be done. All very satisfactory... we're now talking with Chris about another little project at another office!

Fantastic service, John our engineer was very knowledgeable and polite, we are so pleased that we decided to go with APS, having good staff like John gives us confidence in the system.

We had an engineer called Kevin F come to site end of Aug 2022 and right from the beginning, he was very friendly, professional. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensured we understood our intercom system before he left. Usually when dealing with engineers, they are on a clock and need to get to another job, he was calm and considerate and would love to have him back if and when required!

Fantastic service, John our engineer was very knowledgeable and polite, he explained the problem with our CCTV in and easy way, I will be using APS again, great service.

We have trusted APS with our fire safety, alarm and CCTV for many years now. A great company and very quick to react to any issues that we have with excellent staff throughout the business. Engineers are polite, knowledgeable, organised and experienced. Our business manager Tom Warrilow, having previously been an engineer, has the technical knowledge to be able to assist, advise and implement any requests that we throw at him. A pleasure to deal with APS from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.

George is a very conscientious, polite and efficient engineer that worked in a clean, safe and timely manner. Despite it being a Friday evening when usually everyone one is in a hurry to get off and start the weekend, George stayed to complete by tidying and vacuuming the area he had worked in. He took pride in his work and left the site as good as he could.

Myself and my colleagues are very impressed with the service received. From start to finish, everything was very professional and completed very efficiently. The engineer was outstanding, he arrived early both days and cracked on with minimal noise and mess. He made sure all staff members knew how to use the system before leaving and reassured us that we would be able to contact him should any problems arise.

Excellent engineer yesterday and this morning. Conscientious, hardworking, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Both the junior engineers that visited were also pleasant lads.

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was determined to ensure everything was working as well as it could be and that I knew how to use the system. The engineer that was sent to fix our alarm was brilliant - couldn't speak more highly of the company!

We had a complex set up and requirements for a new fire alarm system, which needed a very detailed and tailored spec. This was accomplished by site visits with everyone involved, agreement to what was required and where it was to be sited plus much more. I have to say that the agreements were carried out to the last detail. The engineers on the day were conscientious and hard working, Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout (and since), the system is brilliant and the price was very competitive. Fully recommend APS.

Very pleased with the quality of work & standard of service we are getting from APS. Everyone we have come into contact with, from sales & admin, through to the tech & service teams have been helpful & friendly. We first came into contact with APS when they took over the monitoring & maintenance of our alarm systems. Soon after we started taking to them about CCTV and it wasn't long before they installed us a new 4 camera system. To complete the circle, they have just completed work on a new, very easy to use, door entry system.

We chose APS after a Tender Process. The service that we received from start to finish during the tender process and installation was fantastic. All of their staff are polite, efficient and professional, nothing is too much trouble. The installation engineer who attended our site was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also very clean and tidy and cleaned up as he went around, we hardly knew he was there. Brilliant, fantastic service.

APS Engineers have had to visit some of our high complex hostels and have carried out all works with the satisfaction from our Service Managers, and all works were carried out professionally, with care, precision and without disruption or incident to our organisations operations. We had been with Chubb for over thirty year but their service became so bad so we sought three quotes for a new system. APS were very slightly more costly than the other quotes BUT were far superior in their presentation. Chris Bee, their rep, was exceptionally helpful - had all the right advice and offered very good suggestions. We needed a fast installation as Chubb had let us down and APS had the new system in an working within three days. Their installation engineers were also very helpful and took care with the work - one guy took a hoover around cleaning up as they worked in each area. Try phoning their office - the Ladies who answer the phone are cheerful, friendly and know their jobs All in all - a very professional and caring service - I would give them more than a "five" Kevin

A year has passed and I can safely say our trust was not misplaced.
