After repeated poor advice and service from another company we asked Chris Bee to look over the panel and sensors at our Long Eaton office; this was done promptly, resulting in a sensible proposal and we ordered the work to be done. All very satisfactory… we’re now talking with Chris about another little project at another office!

I wanted to drop you a line to say that since we have been in this building (GPA) John has been brilliant, he’s exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and great at his job. I know he’s recently changed around roles, so we have seen less of him In the last 6 months but we had the pleasure of his company again today, he’s a great asset to your team!
Just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank Ash for the swift and hard work APS has put in at our central location in Nottingham. Especially the services from John, he been exceptional and incredibly professional and helpful. We look forward to working along side APS and the team in the future on this site are various other sites we deal with.
Yesterday, I spoke to Martin while he was in APS office and yet again, he was so helpful. Each contact with Martin is always so positive and, in my opinion, he is an asset to APS. He is always courteous, respectful and nothing is ever too much for him. I feel it necessary to give this positive feedback as we all sometimes get bogged with what is not working well and can fail to give recognition to the more positive things.
It was only by chance that we originally made contact with APS. We already had a fire suppression system from another supplier for our live server room. We had a requirement for two new systems but our original supplier didn’t seem interested. So we found APS as another local company and invited them to tender for the work. From the first meeting with Ash, it was obvious he and APS knew their stuff and were very professional. The installation engineers were professional and explained how it all worked post install. The service team always gets in touch to check when the services are convenient for us and books the appointments for us. The same engineers service the installations as well so they are always familiar with the sites, installations and our H&S policies and procedures. I recently asked our account manager, Ash, if it would be possible for them to take over maintenance and support of our original installation from the other supplier. He explained the process, got costs together and managed the changeover process everything went smoothly. APS do a great job of supporting and maintaining all of our fire suppression systems which brings with it definite peace of mind.
We found APS to be completely professional from the first visit to assess out site to final completion. Communication and flexibility are important to us when we choose a service; so I am happy to say that APS were excellent at both!
So pleased with the work carried out and how professional the team was. They didn’t mind going that extra mile. They were kind and helpful can’t give them enough credit.

Fantastic service, John our engineer was very knowledgeable and polite, we are so pleased that we decided to go with APS, having good staff like John gives us confidence in the system.
We had an engineer called Kevin F come to site end of Aug 2022 and right from the beginning, he was very friendly, professional. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensured we understood our intercom system before he left. Usually when dealing with engineers, they are on a clock and need to get to another job, he was calm and considerate and would love to have him back if and when required!
Fantastic service, John our engineer was very knowledgeable and polite, he explained the problem with our CCTV in and easy way, I will be using APS again, great service.
