Your engineer, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and was determined to ensure everything was working as well as it could be and that I knew how to use the system. The engineer that was sent to fix our alarm was brilliant – couldn’t speak more highly of the company!

We had a complex set up and requirements for a new fire alarm system, which needed a very detailed and tailored spec. This was accomplished by site visits with everyone involved, agreement to what was required and where it was to be sited plus much more. I have to say that the agreements were carried out to the last detail. The engineers on the day were conscientious and hard working, Jamie was friendly and helpful throughout (and since), the system is brilliant and the price was very competitive. Fully recommend APS.
