Take your Service & Maintenance Administrator to work day…

Complaints are often made about larger security companies with customers saying that the ‘left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing’.  As a local company covering the East Midlands, we believe our internal communication is just as important as our external communication.

A few weeks ago our Service & Maintenance Administrator Ashleigh joined the engineering team to see what they encounter on a daily basis….

Ashleigh found it useful to see how what she does in the office affects the engineer’s workday. In turn the engineers learned about how what they do affects her role in the office. Ashleigh participated in maintenance work, call outs, testing batteries and fire alarm sensors along with enjoying a bacon sandwich and a cuppa along the way.

Next time it will be one the engineer’s turn to see what happens in our busy office during the day!
