    We were contacted by Browns Builders Merchants in Derby to discuss a better solution for their security and fire systems. Having received continual poor customer service from a national company, they were keen to see what an East Midlands based customer focused company like APS could offer.

    Browns had a closed protocol system which did not offer the flexibility they needed. We installed an open protocol system allowing us to install components which are completely suited to Browns unique fire and security needs. The system was replaced within a day to ensure the client had no loss of security.
