APS Security & Fire are part of the £1m renovations at the Hurt Arms in Ambergate

Built in 1874, the existing pub is going to be renovated and extended on the ground floor and a large new function room will be added. The upper levels will become bedrooms. APS Security & Fire will be installing an addressable Category L1 fire system.

A category L1 system has automatic detectors installed throughout all areas of the building which provides the earliest possible warning of fire. This means that the entire building is covered which is critical in premises like a busy pub with multiple function rooms.

APS have now completed several works for the owners of this hotel chain, and we are looking forward to seeing the finished renovations!
